Busse-Gandt, Broker/Owner,

aviation writer and novelist Robert Gandt, epitomize the Spruce
Creek life style. Their busy lives revolve around their
beautiful golf course home, the Spruce Creek Country Club, their
two cats, and a super RV-8, which Bob flies with the Spruce
Creek-based air show team, the Mavericks. Anne is active in the
Spruce Creek Country Club Tennis Leagues where she & her partner
are the current club doubles champions. She is uniquely

Linn Buell
has resided in Spruce Creek for several years and
has been active in real estate since 2000. She spent many years
as a pharmacist before selecting her new career in real
estate. She is a member of the Daytona
Beach Area Association of Realtors and holds a broker level real
estate license. She has been a pilot since 1970 and is happy to
discuss with customers the joy of living right next to one’s
airplane (s). She and her husband Lee, a corporate pilot, share
their hangar home with a Harmon Rocket and a Cessna Cardinal RG.

Judie
Udey began her Real Estate career in Spruce Creek 15 years
ago. She specialized in " New Home" sales, but has spent many of those
years in the resale market, also. Judie has consistently been a member
of the Million Dollar Club of the Volusia County Homebuilders Association
and holds a lifetime membership in this club. She is a member of the Daytona
Beach Area Board of Realtors and has taken many specialized courses that
have prepared her to serve you in all your Real Estate needs. Judie and
her husband, Bill, share the joy of flying and fly their Cessna 310 to
various places as often as time permits.

Patricia Ann Simpson, Pat
as most people know her, has worked at Spruce Creek Fly-In
for the past 23 years. Having a degree in Architectural
Drafting, Pat worked for one of the many custom builders
here in Spruce Creek. She then pursued her real estate
career, receiving her salesperson’s license in 1990 and her
broker’s license in 1996. She has been NASCAR’s Sprint Cup
driver, Mark Martin’s past broker, for Mark Martin
Realty, as well as working at other Spruce Creek real estate
offices, before joining Country Club Properties. She is a
member of the Daytona Beach Area Board of Realtors and also
has a mortgage broker’s license. Over the years, Pat has
seen many changes come about to this beautiful community. It
has blossomed into a unique area with a unique

Elizabeth
(Libby) Smith. Real Estate became a reality for Libby while
her son was in school, giving her the freedom to go to work and be home
with him after school. That was more than 25 years ago in Indianapolis,
IN. The Smiths moved to Spruce Creek Fly-In on a full-time basis when their
son left for the U.S. Air Force Academy in the mid 80s. Libby's husband,
James, had retired from Lowe's Companies, Inc. and had become a Building
Contractor. He continued with contracting here in Spruce Creek, having
built more than 35 homes in this community. They purchased the Unique
Realty Company in Spruce Creek and built and sold homes until James' retirement
four years ago. Spruce Creek Fly-In provides all the recreational activities
that Libby enjoys - tennis, golf, bridge and flying! She would be delighted

Marcia
Leonarkis Donley - Marci has been in Real
Estate since 1989 when her son, Joshua, was only 8 years
old. Marci’s sister and brother-in-law are in Real Estate in Pensacola, Florida and own their own company; Marci's
brother is a builder in Virginia specializing in custom
homes. She started selling condominiums in
Ponce Inlet. She has sold homes and condominiums
from Ponce Inlet to Ormond
Beach. This is the best location in Florida to experience
all that Florida has to offer, and that is why Marci has

Marilyn Barnett and
her husband, Harvey, saw Spruce Creek Fly-In for the first
time in 1981. They bought a lot that week and built their
first home, a taxiway home, in the Fly-In two years later.
Marilyn and Harvey have lived all over the world. This
remains their ideal place to live, work and play. Marilyn
has spent the past 20 plus years working in real estate in
